CARE Resource Connection

What the CARE Resource Connection Offers Our Community
The CARE Resource Connection is more than just a building—it’s a place where organizations come together to strengthen community support, expand services, and create new opportunities for individuals and families in need on their journey of recovery. Designed to foster collaboration, this shared space provides local agencies and service providers with the resources they need to make a greater impact. The CARE Resource Connection is located at 132 Industrial Drive, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025.
With office spaces, conference rooms, and private respite areas, the CARE Resource Connection offers a welcoming and functional environment for organizations dedicated to health, wellness, and social services. By working side by side, partners within the building can coordinate efforts, streamline access to essential services, and ensure that Southeast Indiana residents receive the support they need—when they need it most.
As the CARE Resource Connection continues to grow, it will serve as a vital hub for innovative partnerships, bringing together professionals and community advocates who are committed to making a lasting difference. Whether through expanded programming, increased accessibility, or new collaborations, this space is a testament to the power of working together to build a stronger, healthier community.

Tenants will also benefit from having an on-site Resource Navigator and Peer Recovery Coach, who will help facilitate client intakes and connect individuals with the support they need. Being part of this space also means increased opportunities for partnerships and collaboration—both with other tenants and with offsite service providers—enhancing the impact of each organization. Additionally, tenants will see an increase in referrals, with an average of 50 individuals from the jail’s IRACS program each month, along with referrals from 1Voice, the INcompass Crisis Care Center, and other local sources. Each tenant will also be featured on CARE’s website, ensuring their services are prominently showcased, and will receive priority access to additional resources and support through CARE initiatives.
We are incredibly grateful to Mayor Mollaun and the City of Lawrenceburg for allocating funds to help cover rental costs as we transition toward securing tenants under a three-year commitment lease. Our goal is to have this space active and accessible Monday through Friday, and we ask that prospective tenants commit to being onsite at least three days per week.
The cost to lease office space is designed to be affordable, with a gradual increase over three years:
-
Single Office Space: Year 1 - $150 | Year 2 - $200 | Year 3 - $300
-
Multi-Desk Office Space: Year 1 - $300 | Year 2 - $400 | Year 3 - $600
The CARE Steering Committee remains committed to making this an affordable option for its tenants and will continue seeking funding opportunities that could lower rental costs in the future.
